Santa Pola and Island of Tabarca       Monday 26th August 

Spend the day in Santa Pola from where you can take a boat ride in a glass bottomed catamaran over to the scenic island of Tabarca for an explore and a spot of lunch. Or have a swim in the crystal clear waters! It's the only inhabited island in this region with shops and restaurants. This is always an enjoyable day out! We will arrive approx 11.00  and  you  have free time until we leave at  approx 17.00.

The Jewels of the Costa Blanca ( Algar Falls, Guadalest and Altea Old Town)     

Thursday 22nd August , Friday 30th August

3 of the most stunning places in the Costa Blanca in 1 day! We drive you to the Algar Falls, a picturesque nature reserve ,with 3 different waterfalls to see. This is an important area in Spain for growing the Nisperos and you'll be able to buy them at the local shops.You have 1 and a half hours free time to explore before moving on to beautiful medieval Guadalest, reputedly the most visited village in Spain! Stroll through the traffic free streets , lined with an array of independant shops selling crafts and local produce as well as  restaurants, up through a rock tunnel to Plaza de Castillo, where you will be rewarded with gorgeous views! You have 2 and a half hours free in Guadalest so time for lunch and an explore before we then take you to the old town in Altea for an hour ,where you will be free to explore the quaint old town with it's whitewashed houses and Iconic church.

Valencia or Valencia Bioparc        Wednesday 21st  August

A chance to visit the wonderful city of Valencia, the home of Paella! The centre itself is compact which is perfect for exploring. Wander through the Old Town and marvel at the food in it's famous Indoor Market!  Or you can spend the day at the Bioparc, which is rated in the Top Ten Zoos in the world by Tripadvisor. You could also spend the day at Valencia's famous City of Arts and Sciences and the Oceanagrafic .Or you can simply enjoy a day's shopping! Why not try out the new Primark by the Bull Ring-It's the second largest in Spain and the wonderful El Corte Ingles department stores. There really is something for everyone! We will be arriving approx 11am  and you have free time until we leave at 17.00. Choose from 4 drop off points: City of Art & Sciences, Torres de Serranos for the old town, Calle Colon for all the shops or Bioparc.

Benidorm or Aqualandia Water Park    Tuesday 20th August 

We will drop you at the fabulous waterpark Aqualandia, so that you can have a day's fun in the sun, keeping very cool. Or we will drop you in Benidorm , with it's lovely seafront and old town.  We willl arrive at 10.30 and leave at 18.30.

La Tomatina Fiesta                              Wednesday 28th August

A chance to take part in this world famous tomato throwing festival! We promise that you will get covered in tomatoes!! But, what fun you will have! We aim to arrive at approx 9.00  so that you can experience the build up , which is great fun. At 10am a ham  is placed on a large greased pole and the tomato fight will begin when somebody manages to climb up to the top and bring it down. You can even try yourself!! Then, when the tomato fight begins, a cannon  is fired and 6 trucks carrying 150 tonnes of tomatoes arrive. And then, it's every man for himself!  Early booking essential as tickets are limited!

Algemesi's Wonderful Fiesta & La Albufera          Saturday 7thSeptember

This will be a day to remember! Spend the morning in Algemesi where you can witness one of the most beautiful, colourful parades in this area, with traditional music and dances. It's famous for the human  towers, which are wonderful and scary to see! It's a festival that originated in 1247, dedicated to the patron  saint of Algemesi and has a UNESCO award.

We arrive at 9.30 am and then will pick you up again at 1.30 to take you to another fabulous place- La Albufera. It’s where the rice is grown and it’s the place to try Paella! We will arrive at El Palmar at 2pm, where you have free time  if you want to have a spot of lunch or to explore.

And then at 4pm , you will take a lazy boat ride across the Albufera lagoon , which is a nature reserve famous for its birdlife. A relaxing way to finish off a lovely day visting 2 jewels of the Valencia region.

Cartagena and Harbour Boat Tour      Saturday  14th September

There’s much to see and do in the lovely town of Cartagena, famous for it’s Roman History. Lots of museums as well as a Roman Amphitheatre and Castle . The town centre itself is mostly pedestrianised and is a pleasure to explore. There is a relaxing harbour boat tour of 40 minutes included on this trip. We aim to arrive at 11am and  leave at 16.45.

Sagunto and an Underground Boat Ride in the Sant Josep Caves       Saturday 28th September 

An interesting day trip firstly to Sant Josep caves for a 40 minute boat ride on the longest underground river in Europe! The temperature throughout the year is a constant 20 degrees. Photos do not do this boat trip justice!  And then it’s off to  Sagunto, with it’s wealth of  history dating back 2000 years. During it’s Roman period, it was besieged by Hannibal and there are castle ruins and a Roman Amphitheatre to explore.

Ayora Honey Festival and Valley del Jucar River Cruise

This will be a day to remember! Spend the morning in the pretty town of Ayora, complete with castle,  during it's famous Honey Festival.The streets are alive with food tastings and demonstrations , music and local wine and food producers trying to tempt you.  Yum Yum!
