Apartment Vista del Arenal is a 3 bedroom apartment for holiday rental in the centre of the Arenal area in Javea. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a well-located complex  with private parking, sunbathing area & swimming pool. All facilities are within walking distance of the apartment.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including 1 ensuite, and is equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished with a wonderful boho / Ibiza vibe.

The caretaker lives in the apartment block and daily maintains the garden, the corridors, the swimming pool...

Vista de l'Arenal was completely renovated and renewed by the owners Tiny & Filippe.

With new floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning, new pipes & electricity, thicker interior walls, mosquito windows, new kitchen & bathrooms... they opted for quality materials for both the finish and the furnishings!

'Vista de l'Arenal' consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite with the master bedroom. There is also a separate toilet.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The 3 bedrooms are spacious & bright, & equipped with windows, mosquito nets & shutters. Air conditioning is available in every room (to be operated separately!) Furthermore, all rooms have sufficient storage space and the beds are of excellent quality with heavenly mattresses (40 cm thick). You can also choose from various models of pillows. The owners think a good night's sleep is very important on holiday :-)

The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, washbasin with large mirror, towel heating, extraction and sufficient storage space. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, washbasin with large mirror, sufficient storage space, extraction & heating. The second toilet is separate (and also equipped with a sink, large mirror, storage space ..)

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN

The living room with comfortable sofa, dining table, large flat screen TV is light and spacious and the large sliding window gives direct access to the beautiful and sunny terrace with awning and sea view!
The (fiber) Wifi is of very good quality. The flat screen TV has TV Vlaanderen, Netflix and (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast is also available. This room is of course also equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating.

The open kitchen was designed by ourselves and is equipped with every convenience and comfort. It has, among other things, a higher work surface, a very spacious fridge and freezer, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, combi microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, juicer, kettle, beautiful and sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses ...

TERRACE WITH SEA VIEW

On the spacious terrace you will find a cozy lounge with lovely thick cushions, a dining table with seating for 7 people and a cozy reading corner with lounger.
A sun canopy is also provided for those who prefer to avoid the sun for a while. From the terrace you have a beautiful and wide sea view & you look out over the Arenal

LOCATION & INFORMATION

For the children the owners have provided music boxes with comics, games, toys, colors, etc. as well as various beach toys. A cot, high chair, children's crockery and step are also at your disposal - please let the owners know in advance so they can arrange to supply the equipment.

When you want to go to the beach, at the apartment you will find beach towels, some beach chairs, an umbrella & a cooler bag with cooling elements.

You can easily store beach equipment in the separate storage room and you will also find maintenance products (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, ...). The suitcases can be stored in a special space under the beds.

The owners provide more than enough towels per person (incl. 1 beach towel per person)! There is also a washing machine, dryer and drying rack available. (+ enough kitchen linen & tea towels)

From the apartment it is less than 5 'walk to the sandy beach with fine playgrounds, the sea and the Arenal Boulevard with its many trendy restaurants, shops and cocktail bars, also 2 tennis clubs, fitness, supermarket, bakery & various shops are very close by. It is about a 25' walk to the harbor and the canal with the boats is an 8' walk. Javea also has 2 golf courses. (Approx. 15' drive)
