The Food

Restaurante Ritual offers a wide selection of Mediterranean and Spanish dishes from their creative yet classic menu. Starters include Tuna Tartare, Jamón ibérico and a choice of sharing platters, main courses include 800g Galician T-Bone steak, Shoulder of Lamb with Vegetable Couscous, Steak Tartar and fresh Lobster with potatoes "a la pobre".

Traditional Paellas and Calderos include Paella de Pollo y Conejo (Chicken & Rabiit), Arroz del Señoret, Arroz de Langosta (Crayfish), Arroz de Bogavante (Lobster) and Fideua de Gandia.
